Ms. Cox has deep financial data and applications experience and has previously served as the General Manager and Vice President of Interactive Data Managed Solutions - Americas (acquired by Silver Lake and Warburg Pincus), Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for Stockpoint (acquired by ScreamingMedia and later MarketWatch, now part of IDC), Executive Director of Partner Solutions for Quote.com (acquired by IDC).
She is also a proud Board member of the Crowdfund Intermediary Regulatory Advocates (CfIRA), the Crowdfunding Professional Association (CfPA) and is a founding Council Member of the Crowdfunding Accreditation for Platform Standards (CAPS).

Mr. Goteti is a financial data systems expert and has over 10 years of experience in leading development teams in the financial services industry. He studied Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Houston.
Most recently, he served as Senior Director of Technology for Interactive Data Managed Solutions – Americas. While there, he built and led a global team in developing both advisor and investor-focused market data systems and front end applications that are currently licensed by over 350 global financial institutions including: Wells Fargo, Citi, JPMorgan/Chase, Pershing, Bank of America and the NYSE.
Serves on the Board of the Crowdfund Intermediary Regulatory Advocates (CfIRA) and is a member of the Crowdfunding Professional Association (CfPA).
