Hello! My name is Artem Dagaev, and I represent a team of young engineers. We are engaged in the development of biogas plants.. We already have an experimental model, the volume is 1.5 cubic meter digester, the results of the study of this model were satisfied! Based on the results of previous studies, a draft "BGU-50", which works with efficiency = 51%.

This project is devoted to the consideration of one of the most effective ways of disposal of animal waste - anaerobic digestion of animal waste, which could provide a significant reduction of environmental pollution, as well as the costs of maintaining the livestock industry.

The aim of the project:

1. Recycling of waste products of cattle, pigs, birds, etc.

2. Getting clean biofertilizers.

3. The production of biogas.

Innovations:

1. Material digester.

2. Method of heating the substrate.

3. The method of mixing.

4. The division processes.

Linking all of these objectives into a single complex, it is safe to say that our project aims at improving the environmental situation. Plus, this will show the economic efficiency of the "BGU-50."

To start the first draft of "BGU-50," we need $ 130,000. With this money will be constructed unit with a working volume of 50 cubic meters, the annual processing of manure is about 13 000 tons of waste.

At the estimated cost of the project included:

1. Procurement of materials.

2. Payment for transportation services.

3. Payment for services of construction machinery.

4. Pre-assembly and assembly of all parts of nodes installed.
